Cancellation, Return and Shipping Policies

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 7% cancellation fee on any item cancelled within 30 days of purchase to cover processing fees.

Returns

All requests for return of non defective merchandise must be within 30 days of receipt in writing via the contact us form. We will provide you with an RMA form that must be included with the return in order for us to accept it. All returns must be made in new, uninstalled condition or will be refused. The request for return must be made through our website contact us page in writing. Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Items listed as special order cannot be returns. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.

If you receive a defective or damaged product please do not install it and contact us for resolution. Once a part is installed the sale is final, and all resolutions must be handled directly with the manufacturer under their warranty.

Shipping

Most in-stock items will ship within 3 business days. For items marked as available on backorder, please allow 5-7 weeks for production and shipping. 

Warranty

All Fidanza produced parts are covered under our limited lifetime Fidanza Warranty. We do not provide a warranty for any part we offer for sale that is not manufactured by Fidanza. Shop labor and other parts are never reimbursed.

General Disclaimers

  • All products FidanzaPerformance.com sells are used/installed at the buyer's risk.
  • We are not liable for any damages, defects, or installation costs related to the product.
  • Under no circumstance is the cost of installation reimbursable by Fidanza
  • All prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will offer the option to cancel the order, or purchase at a normal or reduced price.
  • Alaska and HI orders may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you if this is the case with a new shipping quote after your order.
  • We do not accept checks or money orders for online payments.
  • Coupon codes must be used at the time of purchase and cannot be applied retroactively.
  • Defective items are always handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
  • The customer is responsible for fitment of the parts ordered, and liable for any costs to replace incorrectly ordered parts (See return policy above).
